are supplied and sold by Lifestyles Direct Ltd.
Navigation
Navigating around the site is quite straightforward. Either use the
navigation bar on the left of the screen, or type the name of the product
you want to buy in the search box on the top left of the screen.
To find out
more about a product, simply click on the image or on the 'More Info' button.
How to Order
To
order an item, simply click on the Add to Basket icon. You can add further
items and review what you have selected by clicking on the View Basket
tab which is found at the top of the screen. Once there you can change the quantity
by entering the new quantity and clicking on Update. To
remove an item change the quantity to 0 and click Update. When
you are ready to complete your purchase, click "Proceed to Checkout".
On the first Checkout page, you must complete all
fields marked with a red asterisk and click on the box marked 'I have read and
agree to the terms and conditions'. Then click on Continue. The
second Checkout page provides the option to check and correct your address details
and to add a different delivery address. The Contact Details address must
be the address to which your credit card bill is sent. Click on Continue. The
third and final Checkout page is where you complete your payment details. We accept
the following credit cards

When
you have completed your payment details click Complete Order. The
next screen will be a summary of your order complete with an order number. We
recommend you print this out as a receipt and record of your order. You will also
be sent an email to confirm your order.

Product Specifications Every care has been taken to
ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are correct and whilst
colour reproduction is a good representation, variances in monitor resolutions
may result in slight colour variance from the products.

do you deliver to? We currently deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland.
Will
all of the items I order arrive together? Your goods may arrive at different
times due to being dispatched under separate cover.
When
will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders (subject to availability) 7- 10 days
from receipt of your order. All goods should be delivered within 21 days.
In the unlikely event that there is any delay, we will advise you accordingly.

Can I get something
sent to another address? Yes, you can enter a different delivery address
to your own address. For example you may want your goods delivered to your work
address or as a gift for someone else.
What if
my order gets damaged or is faulty? If you receive something that is faulty
or damaged contact us by email at customerservice@lifestylesdirect.co.uk
or by telephone on 0845 166 4274.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item
we will either pay for this item to be returned to us or arrange for it to be
collected and will either refund you or replace the item.
What
if I don't like what I have ordered? If you don't like what you have ordered
you can return it to the supplier for a refund, as long as the item is unused,
unworn, in its original packaging and you return it within 28 days
How
do I return something that I don't like? You will have to pay for the postage
to return an unwanted item. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
to do this, obtain a Post Office proof of posting or insurance to cover the value
of the unwanted item as we cannot be held responsible for goods you dispatch that
are lost or damaged in transit.

Lifestyles Direct Limited ("Lifestyles") will use your information
for administration and customer services purposes.
Our principles We are absolutely committed
to protecting your privacy. Our policy can be summarized in one sentence: we will
not share your information with others without your prior consent. We also follow
the following three principles:
1. We will continue to invest in high-quality security
and do our utmost to protect user privacy through the use of the latest
security technology.
2. We will respect your email privacy. You will receive unsolicited mail
from Lifestyles Direct Ltd and/or from third parties screened by Lifestyles
Direct Ltd only if you have agreed to this. We will, however, mail you
occasionally with information about your registration and/or your subscription
account.
3. We will not pass on any individual user details (including your email
address) unless we have your prior consent.
Should we elect to change our privacy policy we will post the changes
here. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email all
our registered users with the new details.
What information do we collect?
We collect information on our users through cookies. For more information

Why does Lifestyles use 'cookies'? 'Cookies'
are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's
hard drive. They make it possible for us to identify registered users without
needing to ask for registration details every time you access one of our sites.
Using cookies makes accessing our sites more convenient as you don't need to enter
your email address and password each time you enter.
If you are concerned
about cookies, you can turn them off in your browser. However, if you do this
please note that some areas of the site may not work properly.
How
does Lifestyles protect customer information? We invest in high-quality
security and do our utmost to protect user privacy. UK Data Protection Legislation
means we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access.
Will Lifestyles disclose the information it collects
to outside parties?
Lifestyles will only share your personal information with the software
host for the Lifestyles Site, our order processing centre and the credit
card merchant service provider in order to facilitate your purchase.
Lifestyles Direct Ltd will not sell, trade or rent your personal information
to others unless you have given your permission. With your permission
we will only share the information with carefully chosen, reputable and
trustworthy third parties.
Lifestyles Direct Ltd follow the relevant legal requirements and use all
reasonable precautions to ensure only responsible third parties see the
information, however we are not responsible for any breach of security
or any actions of any third parties who receive the information.
Please note that we reserve the right to access and
disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable
laws and lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly and
to protect both our users and ourselves.

Your Contract with the Seller To purchase Products from the Lifestyles
Site you must be over eighteen years of age. There will be no contract of any
kind between you and Lifestyles unless and until we actually dispatch the Product
to you. Your order is an offer to buy from Lifestyles. Nothing that Lifestyles
does will amount to any acceptance of that offer until Lifestyles actually dispatches
the Product to you. At any point up until then, Lifestyles may decline to supply
the Product to you. At the time that the Product is dispatched, a contract will
be made between you and Lifestyles as agreed in these terms of use, you will be
charged for the Product immediately prior to dispatch. Sections 1 to 6 of these
Terms of Use will form part of your contract with the Seller.
2. Prices
The prices payable for the Products that you order are clearly set
out on the Site. If, by mistake, Lifestyles has under-priced a Product
Lifestyles will not be liable to supply that Product to you at the stated
price, provided that Lifestyles notifies you before Lifestyles dispatches
the Product concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable
unless otherwise stated. The price of the Products on the site exclude
the delivery charge to the UK mainland which is £3.95 per order,
except for large and/or heavy items in which case the Product is marked
with a red box with an H, in which case there is an additional Carriage
Charge of £12.95 per item. You may also opt to have certain Products
sent by Express Delivery where goods are dispatched day after receipt
of order, subject to stock availability, for an additional charge of £5.00.
3. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed
order form. Please note that we can only deliver products within the United
Kingdom Mainland (excluding the Channel Islands). We aim to dispatch all
orders (subject to availability) 7- 10 days from receipt of your order
and all goods should be delivered within 21 days, but Lifestyles shall
not be liable for loss resulting from delay in delivery arising out of
any cause beyond its control. In the unlikely event that there is any
delay, we will advise you accordingly.
4. Cancellation and Returns
Unless the Products are perishable or personalized for you, you have the
right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following
the delivery of the Products by contacting customerservice@lifestylesdirect.co.uk
or by telephone on 0845 166 4274. In the event that the Product
has already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation
of the order you must return the Product to Lifestyles and Lifestyles
will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the Product to
you within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation
was given. If you do not return the Products within 30 days of your notice
of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted them, at which point
a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your
order at the price set out on the web site. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
If you are returning a Product because of an error on the part of Lifestyles
or because it is faulty, you must contact Lifestyles in advance and Lifestyles
will refund your cost of returning the Product. Otherwise you will be

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
when returning a Product or otherwise obtain a Post Office proof of posting
or insurance to cover the value of the unwanted Products. Please be aware
that the recorded delivery service you use may not cover the total value
of your goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to
check this. As stated above, you will be responsible for the costs of
returning any Products unless they have been delivered to you in error
or the Product is faulty.
In addition to your right to cancel above, Lifestyles will accept most
returned Products within 21 days of receipt as long as they are unworn,
unused and in their original packaging.
5. Payment
You can pay by pounds sterling with Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch
or debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize
the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment
must be given at the time of order.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Lifestyles Site is provided without
any warranties or guarantees. In particular, we do not warrant that the
Lifestyles Site or any of its contents is virus free. You must take your
own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any
infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive
properties. Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted
access to the Lifestyles Site, we do not guarantee this. We accept no
responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.
Lifestyles confirms that every effort has been made to ensure that material
included on the Lifestyles Site is correct and that the Products offered
are of good quality, but cannot accept responsibility if this is not the
case and, as stated above, we disclaim all liability in respect of the
Products.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that Lifestyles
will be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including
but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated
savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any
other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out
of or are related to the Lifestyles Site.
If we are found to be liable to you, our liability (whether arising in
negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed the greater
of (a) £500, or (b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable
by you in respect of the order to which such liability relates.
Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude our liability or the Seller's
liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
7. Data Protection
All information received by us from your use of the Lifestyles Site will
be used in accordance with the Privacy
Policy.
We respect the value of personal information provided by you and will
only transfer this information on to the software host for the Lifestyles
Site, our order processing centre and the credit card merchant service
provider in order to facilitate your purchase.
8. Use of Material on the Guardian Lifestyles Website
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material
including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material,
published on the Lifestyles Site.
You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies
of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not
allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic
or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic
or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the
Lifestyles Site.
You must not reproduce any part of the Lifestyles Site or the material
or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any
part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that
you may do so.
9. Amendments
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised
terms and conditions on the site, which shall apply to all orders placed
after such date.
10. Notices
All notices shall be given by e-mail to Lifestyles at customerservice@lifestylesdirect.co.uk
or shall be given by e-mail to you at either the e-mail or postal address
you provide during the registration process. Notice will be deemed received
24 hours after e-mail is sent or 3 days after the date of posting.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
